  • You’re using SynergyCloud on behalf of yourself, your company, or your team (with permission, of course).
  • You agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

You're the boss of your own login. Keep your credentials secure and don't share your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know ASAP at support@synergycloud.io

💳 Subscriptions & Billing

Our pricing is simple and transparent. When you choose a plan (monthly or yearly), here's what to know:

  • Plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime—no questions, no guilt.
  • All prices are in your country's currency.
  • 30-day free trial available to test the waters.

    • Refunds: We do not offer refunds after payment unless legally required. We recommend trying the free trial first!

🚫 What You Can't Do

SynergyCloud is a positive space—let's keep it that way. Please don't:

  • Use the platform for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Upload viruses, spam, or bad vibes.
  • Try to hack, clone, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Access or tamper with someone else's data.

    • Violation may result in a ban, suspension, or serious side-eye.

We value privacy as much as you do. Check out our Privacy Policy for the full story. In short:

  • Your data belongs to you.
  • We'll only use your info to provide and improve the service.
  • We never sell your data. Ever.
🤝 Integrations & Third Parties

You may choose to integrate SynergyCloud with other tools. That's cool! Just know we're not responsible for how those platforms handle your data or downtime.

📎 Intellectual Property

All the cool things we've built (designs, features, content, and code) belong to SynergyCloud. You retain ownership of anything you upload or create using the platform—we won't claim it, copy it, or run off with it.

️ Disclaimers & Limitations

We aim to give you a reliable, magical culture- building experience—but no tech is perfect. SynergyCloud is provided "as is." We're not liable for:

  • Unexpected downtime (we'll cry too, don't worry)
  • Indirect or accidental damages
  • Anything beyond the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months
️ Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No begging. No awkward emails.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously violate the rules, abuse the platform, or do something that threatens our community.

️ Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. If it's a big change, we'll notify you. If you keep using the platform, that means you accept the new terms.
